Why Do I Get Indents On My Skin

They would let me enjoy the sun

audience with pleasure and I get this press release arrived at the e-mail the editors.
Luckily it was not approved any limit GW, for the moment. But it is quite absurd situation of a nation that has to depend on other nations for its energy supply at a cost, economic and environmental exaggerated falling only its citizens, without considering alternative clean, economical. Or maybe it has already made friends and found that oil companies would risk a large part of the dividends.
I seem to be more and more citizens of a dictatorship of the lobby, where popular sovereignty is the same fucking day of its proclamation, where democracy sends power to the people who represent only themselves and their pigs (in all fucking sense) interests.
so go ahead, energy-dependent on other states, limited by expensive raw materials and pollutants.
Let our governments to do their pigs comfortable and then let them be broken by the lobby of the oil companies, energy companies and banks that have investments in the first two.
The weight of their choices wicked will fall again, only and always about us.
curious coincidence, the debate on the decree has happened during the riots in Libya, which is pushing up the price of oil like a cake in the oven. Possible that no one has yet asked how Convenga traditional energy?
limiting an area such as alternative energy hangs a large share of employment and a state, in a difficult situation like the present one, would create jobs. Employment is the Viagra of GDP! They should know better than an enlarged prostate who sit in the Palace!
And unfortunately we are already very comfortable and we have Google, Facebook and Twitter to take to the streets and protest for our rights.
I hope not too late before you notice not to even try a bit more 'of sadness or bitterness.
In this regard, I wrote a post , in paragraph 2 .

with the Decree on Renewable, Italy could turn off the photovoltaic market. With serious consequences, by international sanctions to occupational hazards.

Thursday, March 3 arrives to the Council of Ministers Decree on renewables, which transposes the European Directive for the promotion of renewable sources: the text currently under discussion if it were approved, would end the incentives for photovoltaic 8GW once achieved, a goal originally set by 2020, but that will be reached within a few months. The decree also provides for the repeal of the Income Energy for the promotion of photovoltaics.
This would result in a serious crisis in the industry, with enormous risks for employment, the roof of 8GW also may have retroactive effect for plants already planned. If this Decree as currently drafted, could see the approval, Italy could face penalties of Community, because it conflicts with the spirit of the European Directive. In addition, the provinces and municipalities that have set ambitious targets on renewable energy must of take a step back.
choice a bit 'sad for our country, the country of the sun.
Especially since the PV appears to be an excellent solution for many reasons.
is universal because it can be installed anywhere there is sun.
is easy to install, it does not require infrastructure investment or for distribution.
is a technology adaptable, enabling them to be positioned in areas of low value as industrial areas, roofs, sheds, roofs and facades and residential arid unproductive.
is a provider of on-site power, as it can produce energy right where it is consumed.
is consistent with our consumption of energy as it produces in the hours of day and weeks of the year where there is greater demand.
Despite the guarantee of these characteristics, some newspapers have been able to formulate and propose data correct actions and misleading: it is time to bring clarity.
We read that in Italy there are incentives highest in the world: the data show that in France, Greece, England, incentives are higher and that Germany has installed government targets for 2020 of four times more than the Italians (33GW against 8GW). An equal amount in Italy covering 13% of the national electricity demand.
It is read in the cost of photovoltaics, referring to the charge that is required for taxpayers to support it: it is 28 euro per family per year. To support the so-called renewable-treated plants that burn waste and waste-oil refinery are required € 40 per family per year. The national expenditure per capita for Scratch is 165 €.
you have read the impact of PV in landscaping and agricultural land. It's clear desire of almost all operators to develop the photovoltaic excluding the use of agricultural land value. For this to happen, we need the effective guidelines that are now missing.
PV should be regulated, should be given guidelines to allow a phased development, harmonious with the area and with rates that do not excessively burden on taxpayers. However, this does not mean bring down the sun's energy.
companies operating in the solar industry in Italy, urging everyone to disseminate information on the risks that the solar runs because of this decree, the risk that Italy runs because of this decree.
